Documentation for the Bridgeport Series 1 Bridgeport Tool Changer (BTC-1) Machining Center
I recently purchased a huge old cnc milling machine. It is from circa 1980, and the person I bought it from did a retrofit on it to use LinuxCNC. But finding any documentation about this mill has been almost impossible.

New Video – South Bend 10K Wired Up
I posted my second YouTube video last night. This past weekend my dad helped me run a 240V circuit to the shop, install the VFD, and get the South Bend 10K lathe running for the first time in it’s new home.

I mounted the wooden shelf/tool holder holder above the lathe. The man I bought the lathe from built it, and while it looks pretty crude it is actually going to be super convenient to have easy access to my tooling!

I just bought a South Bend 10k Lathe on Craigslist. I have’t even picked it up yet, I’m still waiting for the ground to dry out before I try moving it.
